The Hempstead Union Free School District in Nassau

Must Possess New York State Certification As:
School District Administrator (SDA), and/or School District Leader
* Experience as Building level Administrator
* Experience as a System-wide Administrator
* Responsible for directing and coordinating general administration
and instructional programs throughout the school district.
* Assists the Superintendent in the formulation and implementation
of policies and procedures.
* Assists the Superintendent to improve consistency and continuity
of educational programs in the district.
* Oversees and supervises the master schedule development in the
schools to ensure an educationally sound program.
SUPERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS
Easthampton Public School District
The Easthampton School Committee is seeking a strong education
leader to become its Superintendent of Schools.
Qualifications: Licensed or eligible for licensure as a superintendent
of schools in Massachusetts; Master's degree required, advanced
degree preferred; minimum of 10 years in education including
teaching, central office and/or administrative experience; experience
with school finances and budget; experience with special education.
Salary: $140-150K; 3-year contract; benefits negotiable.
